Refunds are made only if, by our agreement, the parcel was sent back with the track number and the goods returned whole, with no signs of use (the shipping cost is not refundable). The cost of returning the goods is paid by the buyer.

For each country, I choose the best delivery option. Usually, the delivery time is 10-15 days. All items will be shipped within 2-3 days after we receive your payment. "Made to order" items will be shipped after the time which is written on the listing.

I don't use any of your data except for using your postal address and phone number for your order delivery. I don't make email newsletters. Though I may use it to contact you if there is any question about your order or if we have some delivery delay.
